how did you get here:
 
you are a station manager and you have clicked to "summary station reports/downloads" from your OFF AIR station menu.
 
 
what can you do here:
 
you can generate a custom report of your station's playlists for download.  in other words you can get your data your DJs are generating and do whatever you want with it - export it into your own databases, Excel, analyze it, report on it...
 
 
how can you do it:
 
1. define your report:
    by default (if you don't enter anything to any fields and leave the DJ dropdown on "all") you will get ALL your playlist items generated by your station.  if you want to narrow the report to a particular time period and/or to a particular DJ, then

  • enter the starting date in the format 2000-11-15 06:52 PM

  • enter the ending date in the format 2000-11-15 06:52 PM

  • pick a DJ whose playlists you are interested in

2. push the "Generate" button on the bottom.

3. on the following page RIGHT CLICK on the generated report link (a random number generated by the system), then choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." to download the generated tab-delimited file to your computer.

NOTE: a tab-delimited file is a standard ASCII text file where the field values are separated by a tab character.  you can use such files to import into Excel or other databases, such as Access.  note that the first row of the report is always the column names, not data!
