click on the "listener" tab on the top frame click on the "become a registered listener" link on the listener page fill out your email (login name), create your password, and pick your metro area click on the "Go for it!" button; your listener page will refresh as your personal area

click on the "listener" tab on the top frame and read about what a registered listener can do: maintain a favorits collection maintain a personal calendar of favorits add currencly playing songs from the station detail page of ON AIR stations click on the "Go for it!" button; your listener page will refresh as your personal area
find your way and navigate?
click on the upper frame's "home", "listener", or "station" tabs to go to the main areas and use your browser's "Back" button to go to previous pages. if you have good ideas for navigation links, write to help@grapefruitmusic.org
see which stations are ON AIR right now?
from the home page you can see which stations have the image next to its name.  this means that there is a DJ ON AIR right now at the station, so you can see what s/he is playing
see what kind of music is being played right now by ON AIR stations?
on the home page stations currently ON AIR will have the genre icons of the current shows displayed next to the station name.  so in theory, if you are looking for a punk show, you will not check out a station which plays blues currently (or maybe you will...)
find out about the song that is being played at an ON AIR station I am listening to right now?
from the home page click on the station's name to go to the station detail page where currently playing and most recent playlist info is displayed for ON AIR stations.
find out what were the last few songs that were being played at an ON AIR station I am listening to right now?
the most recent 10 songs are always displayed under "RECENT PLAYLIST:" on the station detail page.
send real-time requests to the DJs at the station?
on the station detail page fill in your request in the "REQUESTS:" text box, then press the "Submit" button.
find the station's info?
all station info is viewable or clickable from the station detail page, including outside links to the station's own home page, and to their audio feeds
look at past playlists of the station?
click on the past playlists link on the station detail page to view the calendar view of station playlists.
find out more about the bands being played?
there is a band page under development where you will see an event calendar of the band, as well as DJ reviews...  this will be linkable from the station detail page and from past playlists.
find out about the current DJ, DJs at the station and their shows?
you can click on the current DJ's and show's name on the station detail page and click on the program schedule to see the all DJ and show pages.
look at the station's program schedule?
